Excel4Pro

Excel4Pro aims to support innovation in the agri-food sector by focusing on novel foods based on plant proteins. The project will launch one Open Call offering financial support to start-ups and SMEs from each of Excel4Pro's 3 ecosystem countries (Türkiye, Greece, and Ukraine) for a total of 9 beneficiaries.

This Open Call is designed to inspire applicants to innovate, test, validate, or implement their breakthroughs within Excel4Pro's focal areas: protein structure-function relations, nutritional quality, process design, and to integrate these innovations into the broader agri-food sector.
